Boiler RebuildsHBW has the resources to rebuild any package boiler from the mud drums up through the steam drums. The drums in a watertube package boiler are robust and can be brought back into specifications by resurfacing flange faces on the nozzles, cleaning and repairing drum holes, and resizing openings for changes in design pressure should that be required. After a solid set of drums are positioned in place bent tubes, refractory, insulation, casing, seals, and a complete set of boiler trim can be attached to provide for a complete operational package ready for any burner and controls you select or you can have our engineers custom design a burner system to meet any industrial standard.
