Boiler Rentals

Holman Boiler Works, Inc. is "The Boiler Supermarket." We have a vast inventory of Boilers, Deaerators, Condensate/Feedwater Systems, Economizers and Fans. We have in inventory Heat Exchangers, Fuel Skids, Pressure Reducing Stations, Electric Motors, Step Up Transformers, Pumps, and Fuel Oil Storage Tanks. All equipment is available for sale or rent, for immediate delivery.

Additionally, we offer fast, efficient emergency steam from a modern fleet of fully-equipped mobile steam plants. All Holman mobile steam plants are completely equipped and ready to go. They can be promptly dispatched from our Texas and Pennsylvania facilities to anywhere in the country. Once at the site, all necessary connections can be made promptly between your plant and the trailer. Fast, dependable steam, delivered to your door, and all with proven Holman efficiency.

Rental Boiler Fleet

Holman maintains one of the largest boiler rental fleets in the nation in both firetube and watertube designs. Our rental  fleet consists of firetube and watertube boilers for steam and hot water applications. The firetube boilers are installed in a van complete with water softener, chemical  feed tank,  feedwater tank and pumps, and blowdown separator.  Trailer mounted watertube boilers, skid mounted firetube and watertube boilers, trailer mounted deaerators with pumps are also available.

• Firetube Trailer Mounted: 20 hp to 450 hp
• Watertube trailer mounted: 25,000 pph to 80,000 pph
• Firetube skid mounted: 5 hp to 800 hp
• Watertube skid mounted: 25,000 to 250,000 pph

• Connections for gas (high and low pressure) and #2 through #6 oil
• Steam heated feedwater system with pump controls
• Water Softener with automatic regeneration
• Chemical feed system
• Blowdown separator with outside drain connection
• Combination gas and #2 thru #6 oil burner with flame safeguard equipment that meets IRI, FM and UL requirements
• Oil pump, trim heater and air compressor
• All field connections are outside the trailer
• Separate electrical connection for 240V/200amp service - 480V/100amp service
